ArcticShield® Turns Up the Heat with New H3 Series

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (Nov. 19, 2004) – ARC Outdoors clothing brand ArcticShield®, known worldwide for innovative cold-weather clothing, will launch a new parka and bib called the H3 Series for 2005. Very similar to the H1 Jacket and Bib, the H3 Series will be lighter, noise free and have more features while maintaining all the warmth that ArcticShield® garments are known to yield.

ArcticShield’s® main focus is inventing multi-layered thermal barrier technologies, instead of thick traditional insulations that only slows heat loss. No other company on the planet can match ArcticShield® on garment thinness while maintaining superior warmth.

H3 Parka

The H3 Parka is a longer full-fashion, relaxed-fit garment that provides superior performance and cold weather protection for the serious hunter. This parka has superior weight micro-denier fabric in a 280-gram brushed Tricot outer shell and a quilted, brushed polyester inner shell. The inner lining contains patented RE-tain™ technology for maximum body heat retention.

Features include: Two deep pockets with two snaps, two zipper-secured chest slash pockets, fleece-lined side-entry pockets, inner pocket for a cell phone or radio, storm-flap-protected bi-directional YKK zipper in the front, and a three-panel YKK zipper-detachable hood with hook-and-loop and two snap closures plus a drawstring. The cuffs are netted for added comfort and heat retention.

H3 Bib

The H3 Bib has a 280-gram brushed Tricot outer shell, coupled with a waterproof lining. The inner lining is quilted nylon with encapsulated RE-tain™ technology for body heat retention. Button-secured storm flaps cover the full-length, bi-directional side YKK zippers for added protection in adverse conditions.

The H3 Bib combined with our H3 Parka provides you with unmatched warmth and flexibility. This combination is truly a "Complete Body Warming System™" that allows the serious hunter to stay out longer, increasing chances for success.

Features include: Relaxed fit, one YKK zipper-secured back pocket, six pockets total, full-length storm-flap-protected bi-directional side YKK zippers, adjustable hook-and-loop closures at leg cuffs and adjustable quick-snap elastic shoulder straps.
